Thank you for choosing Moon Tree Tarot for your tarot reading. we strive to provide a fulfilling experience for our clients. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Description
We offer in-person, group and private virtual tarot readings.
2. Refund Eligibility

Completed Sessions: All completed sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.
3. Client Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your reading. If you are a first-time client and feel that your reading did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 12 hours for a partial refund.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and all major Credit/Debit cards. Refunds may be subject to processing fees.
